About the Design

Upon the success of “Red Sisters”, Atomic Rocket Books published the anthology spinoff: “Tales of the White Russian”, in late 1960 and consisted of seven short stories based on the character of Irina Ivanova. A mysterious psychic medium she would travel across the Soviet Union delivering messages from the dead. Part paranormal investigator, part secret agent her depiction as riding a motorcycle in a black leather body suit and shock white hair immediately made her a fan favorite.
